ABOUT

Hi, my name's Jamie, I'm 5'5" and I'm 16. This is my weight loss blog. (Re-started 20/6/12) I hate the way I look so much. So hopefully this blog will help me out with motivation. I really really want this, and I do need it too. So I'd appreciate all the support you guys can give me. Message me: ABS - And I'll do 10 sit ups, LEGS - And I'll do 10 squats, ARMS - And I'll do 10 reps with a weight with each arm, RUN - And I'll run up and down the stairs three times, PLANK - And I'll do a 30 second plank.

Just thought I'd use this extra space to say to you all that you will get there. Just keep at it. If you're ever stuck for non gym workouts, check out my "things to do page", if you wanna know what foods to eat, check out my "food facts" page, and if you need any tips, check out my "tips" page. And if you ever need to rant, or get something out of your system, my ask box is always open. Much love xox

The red thread of fate is an East Asian belief originating from Chinese legend/Japanese legend. According to this myth, the gods tie an invisible red string around the ankles (in Japanese culture it is often the little finger) of those that are destined to meet each other in a certain situation or help each other in a certain way. The two people connected by the red thread are destined lovers, regardless of time, place, or circumstance. This magical cord may stretch or tangle, but never break.

When I tell people I’m eating healthier, they ask why.

My friends answer this question for me usually with “Oh don’t worry, she’s just on a fitness-trip lately.” …well NO, I want to live like this for the rest of my LIFE ‘kay?
