Okay, so I’m not going to weigh myself every week, because weight will fluctuate depending on how much muscle I gain, and how much weight I lose, and whether it’s my time of the month, and all sorts of stuff, and that will get me down. SO, I’m just going to go by how I look and feel.
Calf: 18 and a half”
Upper Arm: 15”
I’ll retake my measurements every month rather than every week :)
