Hi, my name's Jamie, I'm 5'5" and I'm 16. This is my weight loss blog. (Re-started 20/6/12) I hate the way I look so much. So hopefully this blog will help me out with motivation. I really really want this, and I do need it too. So I'd appreciate all the support you guys can give me. Message me: ABS - And I'll do 10 sit ups, LEGS - And I'll do 10 squats, ARMS - And I'll do 10 reps with a weight with each arm, RUN - And I'll run up and down the stairs three times, PLANK - And I'll do a 30 second plank.

Kinnd of look like a boy, but I’m off to take the dog for a walk at a country park. Also this is the first time in about 2 years that I’m wearing trousers and no sleeves. On top of that I’m hardly wearing any make up. Progresssssss
